CRNN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRNN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,245 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRNN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACO2, AAGAB, and OR10R3P. Each is linked with CRNN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRNN-to-partner and partner-to-CRNN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACO2 grouped by CRNN-low versus CRNN-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRNN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRNN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
