CRMP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are P-Cadherin, Bcl-xL, and PR. Each is linked with CRMP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRMP1-to-partner and partner-to-CRMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, P-Cadherin grouped by CRMP1-low versus CRMP1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
