CRMP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,313 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARSF, USP29, and GP2. Each is linked with CRMP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRMP1-to-partner and partner-to-CRMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARSF grouped by CRMP1-low versus CRMP1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
