CRLS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRLS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 908 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRLS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OFD1P3Y, RN7SL689P, and WDR7-OT1. Each is linked with CRLS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRLS1-to-partner and partner-to-CRLS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OFD1P3Y grouped by CRLS1-low versus CRLS1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRLS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRLS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
