Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRLS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,714 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRLS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of peroxisome organization, Phosphatidylglycerol biosynthetic process, and Negative regulation of appetite by leptin-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with CRLS1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRLS1-to-partner and partner-to-CRLS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of peroxisome organization grouped by CRLS1-low versus CRLS1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
