CRKL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRKL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,570 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRKL-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIL2, MAPK1, and GRK3. Each is linked with CRKL in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRKL-to-partner and partner-to-CRKL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRKL versus PPIL2 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRKL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRKL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
