Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRKL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,244 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRKL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNAP29, UBE2L3, and ASCC2. Each is linked with CRKL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRKL-to-partner and partner-to-CRKL results are reported.
