Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRKL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,952 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRKL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure, and Protein modification by small protein removal. Each is linked with CRKL in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRKL-to-partner and partner-to-CRKL results are reported.
