CRISPLD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRISPLD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,607 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRISPLD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2B2, LAMA4, and TRPC6. Each is linked with CRISPLD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRISPLD1-to-partner and partner-to-CRISPLD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRISPLD1 versus OR2B2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRISPLD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRISPLD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
