Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRISPLD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 408 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRISPLD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are REG3A, CXorf65, and TAAR8. Each is linked with CRISPLD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRISPLD1-to-partner and partner-to-CRISPLD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REG3A grouped by CRISPLD1-low versus CRISPLD1-high in BREAST.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRISPLD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRISPLD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
