Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CRISP3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CRISP3 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher CRISP3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CRISP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP and SARC are the cancer types where CRISP3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
