CRISP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRISP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,367 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRISP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRISP2, CEACAM6, and CLDN8. Each is linked with CRISP3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRISP3-to-partner and partner-to-CRISP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRISP3 versus CRISP2 in PAAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRISP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRISP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
