CRISP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRISP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,504 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRISP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are PERK-mediated unfolded protein response, Tight junction organization, and Cellular response to hydroperoxide. Each is linked with CRISP3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRISP3-to-partner and partner-to-CRISP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PERK-mediated unfolded protein response grouped by CRISP3-low versus CRISP3-high in CHOL.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRISP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRISP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
