Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRISP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,502 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRISP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEACAM3, CXCR2, and HCAR2. Each is linked with CRISP3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRISP3-to-partner and partner-to-CRISP3 results are reported.
