CRISP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRISP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 729 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRISP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5D3P, ABI1P1, and RNA5SP489. Each is linked with CRISP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRISP3-to-partner and partner-to-CRISP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5D3P grouped by CRISP3-low versus CRISP3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRISP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRISP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
