Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRISP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRISP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFRA4, CCL21, and PRAMEF10. Each is linked with CRISP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRISP3-to-partner and partner-to-CRISP3 results are reported.
