CRISP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRISP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 910 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRISP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-82P, RHBDD3, and TPI1. Each is linked with CRISP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRISP1-to-partner and partner-to-CRISP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-82P grouped by CRISP1-low versus CRISP1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRISP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRISP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
