CRISP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRISP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRISP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1D5, COX4I2, and CABS1. Each is linked with CRISP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRISP1-to-partner and partner-to-CRISP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1D5 grouped by CRISP1-low versus CRISP1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRISP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRISP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
