Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,440 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK5, EIPR1, and DUSP4. Each is linked with CRIP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-CRIP1 results are reported.
