CRHR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRHR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,927 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRHR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TYMSOS, POLR2L, and CYSTM1. Each is linked with CRHR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRHR2-to-partner and partner-to-CRHR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TYMSOS grouped by CRHR2-low versus CRHR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRHR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRHR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
