Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRHR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRHR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R4, SLC15A5, and PNLIPRP3. Each is linked with CRHR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRHR2-to-partner and partner-to-CRHR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VN1R4 grouped by CRHR2-low versus CRHR2-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRHR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRHR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
