Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CRH Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CRH data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher CRH Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CRH expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC and HNSC are the cancer types where CRH Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
