CRH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRH-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUX4L4, SNRPCP15, and HAO2-IT1. Each is linked with CRH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRH-to-partner and partner-to-CRH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DUX4L4 grouped by CRH-low versus CRH-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRH→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
