Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CREM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,531 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CREM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPL11, PPP1R12A_S995, and NES_S548. Each is linked with CREM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREM-to-partner and partner-to-CREM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CREM versus MRPL11 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CREM→partner) and Y-score (partner→CREM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
