Across TCGA patient cohorts, CREM protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,687 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CREM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAMK1_S363, BOD1L1_S2203, and CD151. Each is linked with CREM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREM-to-partner and partner-to-CREM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CREM versus CAMK1_S363 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.
