Across TCGA patient cohorts, CREM mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CREM-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, PCNA, and PKC-b-II_pS660. Each is linked with CREM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREM-to-partner and partner-to-CREM results are reported.
