Across TCGA cell cohorts, CREM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CREM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZAN, OR14A16, and RASSF9. Each is linked with CREM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREM-to-partner and partner-to-CREM results are reported.
