CREG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CREG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 646 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CREG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUTF2P8, ARF4P1, and RNU11. Each is linked with CREG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREG1-to-partner and partner-to-CREG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUTF2P8 grouped by CREG1-low versus CREG1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CREG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CREG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
