CREBRF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CREBRF RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,030 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CREBRF-associated genes across cancer lineages are NBR1, HBP1, and SLU7. Each is linked with CREBRF in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREBRF-to-partner and partner-to-CREBRF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CREBRF versus NBR1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CREBRF→partner) and Y-score (partner→CREBRF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
