CREBL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CREBL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,310 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CREBL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTMR10, C6orf62, and CDC42SE2. Each is linked with CREBL2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREBL2-to-partner and partner-to-CREBL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CREBL2 versus MTMR10 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CREBL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CREBL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
