CREBL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CREBL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,740 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CREBL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP221, TRDD1, and YTHDF3-AS1. Each is linked with CREBL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREBL2-to-partner and partner-to-CREBL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP221 grouped by CREBL2-low versus CREBL2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CREBL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CREBL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
