CREBBP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CREBBP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,920 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CREBBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2I, ZNF500, and CIAO3. Each is linked with CREBBP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREBBP-to-partner and partner-to-CREBBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CREBBP versus UBE2I in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CREBBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CREBBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
