Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CREB5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 450 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CREB5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTXN3, RDH8, and OR5AR1. Each is linked with CREB5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREB5-to-partner and partner-to-CREB5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTXN3 grouped by CREB5-low versus CREB5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CREB5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CREB5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
