CREB3L3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CREB3L3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,124 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CREB3L3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Biogenic amine metabolic process, Positive regulation of reactive oxygen species metabolic process, and B cell activation involved in immune response. Each is linked with CREB3L3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREB3L3-to-partner and partner-to-CREB3L3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Biogenic amine metabolic process grouped by CREB3L3-low versus CREB3L3-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CREB3L3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CREB3L3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
