Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CREB3L2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CREB3L2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher CREB3L2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CREB3L2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and ESCA show a favorable association.

READ, LUAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where CREB3L2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
