CREB3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CREB3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,927 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CREB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-705P, COX6B1P7, and VN2R1P. Each is linked with CREB3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREB3-to-partner and partner-to-CREB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-705P grouped by CREB3-low versus CREB3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CREB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CREB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
