CREB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CREB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CREB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER3, IGFBP2, and MEK1. Each is linked with CREB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREB1-to-partner and partner-to-CREB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HER3 grouped by CREB1-low versus CREB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CREB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CREB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
