CRBN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRBN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,086 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRBN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIAA1143, RBSN, and SETMAR. Each is linked with CRBN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRBN-to-partner and partner-to-CRBN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRBN versus KIAA1143 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRBN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRBN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
