Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRBN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,800 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRBN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBX7, CKAP4, and CEP55. Each is linked with CRBN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRBN-to-partner and partner-to-CRBN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRBN versus CBX7 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRBN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRBN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
