Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRBN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,437 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRBN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial tRNA 3'-end processing, tRNA 3'-terminal CCA addition, and Positive regulation of pinocytosis. Each is linked with CRBN in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRBN-to-partner and partner-to-CRBN results are reported.
