CRB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,814 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCOR3, WNK2, and ZNF219_S114. Each is linked with CRB2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRB2-to-partner and partner-to-CRB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRB2 versus RCOR3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
