Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,263 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSPH14, SLC11A2, and PLAT. Each is linked with CRB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRB2-to-partner and partner-to-CRB2 results are reported.
