Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 731 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNG1, CCNI, and GCH1. Each is linked with CRB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRB2-to-partner and partner-to-CRB2 results are reported.
