CRADD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRADD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,127 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRADD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SART3, THEMIS2, and SLTM. Each is linked with CRADD in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRADD-to-partner and partner-to-CRADD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRADD versus SART3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRADD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRADD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
