Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRADD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,808 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRADD-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM72B, FAM83D, and TMEM37. Each is linked with CRADD in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRADD-to-partner and partner-to-CRADD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRADD versus FAM72B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRADD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRADD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
