Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRADD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,146 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRADD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cold acclimation, Protein linear polyubiquitination, and Blood coagulation, intrinsic pathway. Each is linked with CRADD in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRADD-to-partner and partner-to-CRADD results are reported.
