Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRADD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRADD-associated genes across cancer lineages are DRD3, CD300H, and OR5P3. Each is linked with CRADD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRADD-to-partner and partner-to-CRADD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DRD3 grouped by CRADD-low versus CRADD-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRADD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRADD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
