Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CRACR2B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CRACR2B data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher CRACR2B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CRACR2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC are the cancer types where CRACR2B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
