CRACR2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRACR2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,481 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRACR2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO5C, DDAH1, and CRACR2B_S392. Each is linked with CRACR2B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRACR2B-to-partner and partner-to-CRACR2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRACR2B versus MYO5C in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRACR2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRACR2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
