Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRABP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 869 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRABP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C5orf46, RCC1, and SFXN4. Each is linked with CRABP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRABP2-to-partner and partner-to-CRABP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C5orf46 grouped by CRABP2-low versus CRABP2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRABP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRABP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
